Trevor Sabo is a physical therapist at Engineered Performance by DMOS. He received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health from Iowa State University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University. He is also RPR Level 1 certified.
Trevor was inspired to become a physical therapist after going through the process firsthand as an injury-prone hockey player. After spending countless hours rehabbing his injuries, he fell in love with the entire process, from the first steps of recovery to the triumph of getting back to the game. When working with his patients, Trevor strives to combine serious progress with having fun along the way, helping individuals feel supported and motivated throughout their recovery. Knowing that he has played a part in a patient’s journey toward recovery and happiness makes all the work worthwhile.
Outside of work, Trevor loves spending time with his wife, Mollie, and their daughter, Willa, who joined their family in May 2024. They have a dog, Prim, and two cats, Lily and Louie, who keep things lively in their house! Trevor also coaches the Des Moines Capitals hockey team.
